Wicked Birthday Wishes

Today's fun Birthday project is from Elaine Hughes.

Today I’d like to share a fun card I created for Paul’s birthday earlier this month. Like me, he’s a fan of the Cheeky Cherry range from The Greeting Farm!  Really, it was great to have an excuse to ink one of them up – and I have promised myself I will do this more often, as I had SO much fun colouring her.
The stamp I used is from the Naughty or Nice set.  Absolutely love this one, very cheeky indeed!

I coloured her with ShinHan Touch Twin Markers on Make it Colour Blending Card (see pic below for marker details).  The designer papers are a mixture of My Mind’s Eye Alphabet Soup Boy and Fancy Pants Saint Nick.  I created the sentiment on the computer and printed it out.

Winter Bear

Today's Winter (and fuzzy!) project is from Dina Kowal.

I used this blustery bear image from I Brake for Stamps - the image is colored with Touch Twin markers, and fuzzed up with a little Sand Ultrafine Flower Soft. I used Polar White on the snow, and added a little dimension to the image by cutting and embossing from behind. The sentiment is computer generated.

These are the markers that I used:

All of us at Shinhan wish you a wonderful Christmas full of colorful surprises!

Today's project and videos are from Elaine Hughes.

ShinHan Touch Twin Markers work well with other brands (I know, because I’ve tried them together), so they make a nice addition to an existing marker collection. The markers are available in both brush and fine point versions (brush markers have a white barrel, fine point have a black barrel). I use the brush markers in my video, as that happens to be my general preference for most of the colouring I do.
So, first off, here’s my card! I chose to colour the super sweet “Warm Wishes Tia” from the Some Odd Girl range of clear stamps. Tia was so much fun to colour, and she looks SO cute. The sentiment is also from the Warm Wishes Tia set (which includes an adorable penguin too).

I coloured Tia with ShinHan Touch Twin Markers on Make it Colour Blending Card. The yummy papers are My Mind’s Eye 12 Days of Christmas, and I tied the bow with the Bow-Easy template. I distressed the edges of all the layers with Distress Ink – Vintage Photo.

On to the videos! I have broken the colouring process into three videos, so you can easily dip in and out of them as you like. They aren’t perfect, but I hope you find them somewhat useful! Hopefully they will give you an idea of how well the Touch Twin markers work, and why I’m so thrilled with them!

Winter Owl

Today's sweet project is from Vicki Garrett

For my card, I used this awesome Winter Owl  I stamped the owl onto White Cardstock with Memento Black Ink. I coloured my image with my Touch Twin Markers  ( you can see the colour map below, if you'd like to use a similar colour combination~

I then sponged the whole background with Not Quite Navy ink and embossed the tiny snowflake (Joy2Christmas-The {Stamps} of Life) with Silver Embossing Powder. See the Soft Fluffy Flower Soft on the Owls hat? This is the BRAND NEW ULTRAFINE WHITE. It just arrived in my mailbox yesterday. I can't believe how unbelievably soft and fluffy it is!

And Lastly, Here's my colour map!
