Today's project is from Tami Mayberry.
I began by cutting a white panel. Then I drew a square with my 120 Black Touch Twin Marker. Next I colored it with B67 and added some "water spots" by dotting it with my colorless blender. I stamped the flip flops onto white card stock, colored them with Florescent Green and Pink (F124,F126). I cut them out and attached with 3D foam adhesive. Finally, I stamped the greeting, added a line of bling and mounted it on a turquoise base.
